CAULIFLOWER PARATHA

INGREDIENTS: 

400 grams whole-wheat flour, 200 grams grated cauliflower, 2-tbsp. green chili paste, ½ cup milk cream (malai), 1-tsp.soda, Oil, Salt, 2-tbsp. lemon juice, a pinch of asafetida, ¼ cup grated coconut, 1/8 cup coriander leaves, ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder 

PREPARATION:

Add a little salt to grated cauliflower and drain water. Mix with the whole-wheat flour. Add chili paste, turmeric powder, asafetida and oil. Knead into the dough.

Make small balls. Roll out each ball to a tortilla having ¼ inch thickness. Roast on griddle using a little ghee.
