CHOCOLATE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
(24 pieces)
1/2 liter milk
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 tin condensed
milk 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2-tsp.
vanilla extract 50 grams walnut
almond and
pistachio.
PREPARATION:
Mix cocoa
powder with 2-3 tbsp. milk in a frying pan. Add the remaining milk
and con. milk. Slow the gas. Stir continuously till it thickens.
Add ghee and when the mixture leaves the side of the pot close the
gas. Add vanilla extract and 50 grams walnut, almond and pistachio
pieces. Pour the mixture in a greased plate. Cut them into square.
Keep them in
paper cup.
