1-kilo cucumber
1 lemon
pepper powder
7 cups stalk
1-1/2-cup milk
1 tsp. corn flour
1 tsp. Butter
1 drop green color
Salt
PREPARATION:
Melt butter in a pot. Add grated cucumber and 7 cup stock. Boil
for 10-15 minutes. When cool, strain through a fine shift.
Dissolve corn flour in milk and mix with soup. Boil the soup for
10 minutes. Remove from the heat and add salt, pepper and green
color.
Keep in the refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cool.
