HOLIDAY ICE-CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla ice cream (as above)
strawberry ice cream (as above)

tin big fruit cocktail 1-cup chocolate-
grated
1-cup strawberry pieces 100 grams walnuts, chopped

grams cashew-nut pieces
200
grams whipped cream (sweetened)
PREPARATION:
Prepare strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream.
Take
tall individual glasses. First put in 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Over it, dry fruit pieces, fruit cocktail pieces and cover with
strawberry ice cream. Repeat the layers once again. Top with cream
and sprinkle grated chocolate.
