25 grams cumin seeds, 25 grams coriander seeds, 25 grams red chili
powder, 50 grams dry mango powder, 10 grams black pepper powder,
salt , 1 tbsp. black salt, asafetida, 1 tsp. Citric acid..
PREPARATION:
Roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Grind to powder. Mix
all other powder. Mix asafetida. Shift them and fill in the bottle.
