GOONDH KI RAAB

INGREDIENTS :

1 tbsp. fine edible gum crystals
1 tsp. ghee
1 tbsp. sugar or to taste
1 tsp. almonds pound coarsely
1/4 tsp. dessicated coconut grated
1/4 tsp. pistachios pound coarsely
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
2 cups water

METHOD :

1.      Heat ghee in pan, add gum crystals.

2.      When fully popped, add water, mix well till dissolved.

3.      Bring to a boil, simmer add all other ingredients.

4.      Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

5.      Serve hot as a soup.

6.      Very good on cold mornings after a fast.

Serve cooled.
