AFGHANI DHAMAKA
INGREDIENTS:

kilo cabbage
100 grams peas
2-tbsp. green chili paste 1/2-cup coriander leaves

tsp. corn flour

tsp. all-purpose flour salt
Chop
cabbage. Mix all other ingredients and make a thick batter. Make
pakodas and fry in oil.
For the Gravy:

tomato
2-tbsp. oil
1/2-tbsp. Butter
1-tsp. red chili powder
1-tbsp. sambhar masala 1-tsp. pav-bhaji masala
1-tsp. cumin seeds red
gravy

drop red color
100 grams paneer
2-tsp. sugar, fresh cream
PREPARATION:
Mix
oil and butter in a pot. Add cumin seeds. Mix chopped tomato, red
chili powder, 2-masalas and red gravy. Boil for 5 minutes. Mix
color.
Serve pakodas in a plate. Add sugar, boiled peas, grated paneer and
cream.
