200 grams urad
dal, 50 grams urad dal,
200 grams dry coconut,
grated, 15 red chilies,
3 tbsp. fenugreek seeds,
8 tbsp. coriander seeds,
3 tbsp. cumin seeds,
7 cloves,
3-4 cinnamon,
2 bunch curry leaf.
PREPARATION:
Roast both
dal separately in a little oil. Grind in the mixture to granules. Wash and dry
curry leaves, then roast in a little oil and grind. Roast all the other
ingredients and grind. Mix them all and fill in a bottle.
