SLAB CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo
sweater chocolate slab 1/4 kilo beater chocolate slab moulds
for shapes.
PREPARATION:
Grate beater
and sweater slabs in a plate. Place the double layer boiler on the
gas. Put the grated mixture in the top layer of the pot. When the
water boils the contents will melt. Stir till it is thick enough
to make chocolates. Pour the contents in the mould. Keep the
moulds in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes. Keep for 5 minutes
in the freezer. Remove and rape them in silver foil papers.
