INGREDIENTS:
250 grams urad dal 2-tsp. rice flour
1-tsp. chili paste salt
4-5 tsp. grated coconut.
PREPARATION:
Soak urad dal for 5-6 hours and grind it. Add salt, chili paste and grated
coconut. Mix rice flour. Stir well.
Deep fry the batter in the form of small balls. Serve these fried vadas with
sauce or chutney.
