VANILLA ICE-CREAM
INGREDIENTS:

quart milk
� cup milk powder
200
grams cream 1-tsp. corn flour
1-2
drops yellow color 1-tsp. vanilla extract
12-tbsp. Sugar
1-tbsp. margarine or butter
PREPARATION:
Heat
milk to a boil. Mix milk powder and corn flour in one cup cold milk.
Add this to the boiled milk. When cool add sugar, butter, cream and
churn. Add extract. Put in an airtight container. Keep in a deep
freezer for 4-6 hours. Remove and let it melt. Put this liquid in an
aluminum flat container. Keep in a deep freezer again until it is
frozen completely.
Vanilla ice cream can be served with melted chocolate topping.
