Jain Tirth Shri Rishbhanchal

 Mulnayak: Nearly 4.5 foot high, white colored idol of 

Bhagawan Rishbh-nathji in Padmasana posture.

 

Tirth: Rishbhanchal is a grand and big temple, having 52-kalash and 81 feet high artistic shikhar and popular as a center of meditation, yoga, worship and human welfare. It is a unique religious place. It is established under the able guidance of Great Sadhivi Pujjya Bal Bramcharini Maa Shri Kaushalji and is indicative of peace and prosperity for this area. Primary medical services, moral education, yoga and meditation training, library and boarding and lodging facilities are available here. There is a chetalya in the campus of Rishbhanchal.

 

Historicity: President of India laid down the foundation stone of this tirth on 20th October 1991 near village Morta which is 8 kilometer away from Ghaziabad on Meerut road for the propagation of meditation, yoga and human welfare. The name given to this place is Rishbhanchal; it is related to the name of first tirthankar of Jain religion Bhagwan Rishabhdevji who was also the originator of yoga and meditation facts as well.

 

Works of art and sculpture: The stone cutting on the temple shikhar , peripheri and main entrance gate are very attractive and artistic.

 

Guidelines: The tirth is situated at Vardhmanpuram (Delhi Meerut road), Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), which is 25 kilometers away from Delhi . Phone: 0120-2788183, 2788428.
