CHOCOLATE WITH BISCUIT BAR


     (36 pieces)

INGREDIENTS:

50 grams biscuit (Britannia)

1 tbsp. Crisco      1 tin condensed milk

4 tbsp. sugar      3 tbsp. glucose powder

1/2-cup water

 

PREPARATION:

Take condensed milk, sugar, glucose powder in a frying pan and add water and mix well. Stir on the gas. When the paste is thick and when it leaves the side of the pot close the gas and add butter. When it cools, spread the paste in between the two biscuits. Now cover the whole biscuit with the paste. When it cools completely, chocolate coating can be done.

Note: You can use Wafer biscuit or cream biscuit.
