TRICOLOR CHOCOLATE


     (8 pieces)

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp. milk powder,      3 tbsp. icing sugar

1/2-tsp. green color      1/2-tsp. ice-cream extract

3-4 drops red color      3-4 drops mint extract

3-4 drops rose extract      water.

 

PREPARATION:

Shift icing sugar and milk powder. In a glass plate mix icing sugar and milk powder to the mixture add a little water with tsp. and knead the dough. Divide it into three equal parts.

In first part mix vanilla extract. In the second part mix green color and ice-cream extract.

In the third part mix red color and rose extract. Take a little dough from all the three and mix well. Make other chocolates in the same way. Mould in any shape. Leave for 12 hours to dry in the plate.
