CORN BURGER


 

INGREDIENTS:

6 corn cobs      6 bun breads

100 grams tomatoes      3 cubes cheese (1/4 lbs.)

1-tsp. green chili paste      1-tsp. red chili powder

100 grams paneer ricota cheese      salt

tomato sauce

 

 

PREPARATION:

Divide each corn cob into half and boil in a pressure cooker. Grate boiled corn and mix paneer and cheese. Mix well.

Warm the oil in a frying pan. sauté green chili paste. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add corn mixture, salt, red chili and mix well.

Cut the bun bread into two slices and spread the corn mixture between them. Bake for 5 minutes in the oven.

Serve warm with the tomato sauce.
