CORN PANKI


 

INGREDIENTS ;

6 fresh corn curbs

2-tsp. all-purpose flour      1-tsp. cream of wheat (rava)

cup coriander leaves finely chopped      2 crushed green chilies

tsp. Soda      2-tsp. plain yogurt      

2-tsp. oil      salt

 

Butter and green chutney at the time of serving.

 

 

PREPARATION:

Grate corn. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Cut banana or maize leaves into square pieces, apply oil and put the mixture over it. Overlap with another banana leaf.

Roast in non stick-pan until it is brown on both the sides. Remove from the banana leaves.

Apply butter and serve warm with green chutney.
