CORN PIZZA


 

INGREDIENTS:

800 grams corn flour      200 grams all-purpose flour

100 grams ghee      25 grams yeast

3 tbsp. powder sugar      salt

 

For Preparing Sauce:

5 tomatoes      ˝ tsp. garam masala

salt      2 corn cobs grated

3 bell pepper      2 green chilies chopped

cheese grated.

 

 

PREPARATION:

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add corn flour and ghee and make smooth dough. Keep for 15-20 minutes. knead the dough and roll out 6 inches diameter size 1/2inch thick chapatis. Grease the oven tray and arrange the rolled out pizza chapatis. Press lightly from all sides. Bake in a oven at 350F for 10 minutes.

 

For Preparing Sauce:

Sauté tomato gravy, salt, green chilies, garam masala in ghee for 2 minutes and mix well. Spread on pizza. Sprinkle bell pepper and grated corn and bake for 2 minutes. sprinkle grated cheese on pizza. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
