TAWA CORN PAV-BHAJI


 

INGREDIENTS:

Special pav bhaji bread or buns      2-tbsp. butter

1-tsp. pav-bhaji masala      coriander leaves

1-tsp. lemon juice

 

FOR THE BHAJI:

200 grams boiled corn

100 grams paneer ricota cheese

cup fenugreek (methi)      500 grams tomatoes

2 tsp. pav-bhaji masala      lemon juice1 bell pepper

2-tsp. red chili powder      4 tsp. butter

salt      green chilies.

 

 

PREPARATION:

Cut the bread into 1-2 inch size pieces and roast them with a little oil, pav-bhaji masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

 

Stir fry the chopped bell pepper. After 2 minutes add tomato puree, pav-bhaji masala, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice. Mix well. After 2 minutes add boiled corn and fenugreek. Stir well. Add the paneer ricota cheese. Serve in a plate with the bread pieces on the side. Serve warm.
