INGREDIENTS:

2-cups rice      1-cup tuvar dal

cup urad dal       cream of wheat

200 grams zucchini or dudhi      100 grams grated coconut

1-tbsp. cumin seeds      1-tsp. sesame seeds

2-tsp. green chili paste       cup plain yogurt

salt

 

 

PREPARATION:

Grind rice, tuvar dal and urad dal after soaking for 3-4 hours.

Mix the plain yogurt and cream of wheat to this blended mixture. Add a little water, if needed to make a slightly soft batter. Keep it covered for 3-4 hours.

Grate zucchini or dudhi. Add it to the batter. Add salt, chili paste, grated coconut. Mix well.

Take oil in a frying pan. Heat the oil and add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and add the batter. Pour this batter in a tray. Cook in an oven at 350F for 45 minutes. Serve warm with tomato sauce.
