500 grams all-purpose flour 150 grams green grams dal
4 tbsp. -green chili paste, 3 tbsp. Sugar,
3 tbsp. Garam masala 2 tbsp. Dry raw mango powder,
6 tbsp. Fennel seeds salt ,
¼ raisins 1 tsp. Turmeric powder,
Shift the all-purpose flour. Heat water in a pot in another pot heat 4 tbsp. Oil. Add salt in the flour. Now add a little water and a little oil, repeat the knead the flour. Cover with wet cloth and keep for 1 hour.
Soak green grams dal for 3 hours in water. In a pot boil the dal with a little salt to half. In a frying pancake take oil and heat. Mix dal and stir. Add -green chili paste, sugar, garam masala, raw mango powder, fennel seeds, raisins and turmeric powder. Mix well.
Divide the flour into equal parts. Roll out a puri and fill the masala. Cover and make like a ball. Fry in deep oil.
