SUKHADI
Ingredients:
250 grams wheat flour 250 grams ghee ,
200 grams brown sugar ¼ cup fennel seeds
granules 5 tbsp. Dry powder
½ nutmeg 1 tsp. Mace powder.
Preparation:
In a frying pan melt ghee and mix wheat flour. Roast it brown on a slow heat.
cut brown sugar into thin slices. When the flour has become light brown in color, and brown sugar and mix well. Mix powder and fennel seeds granules. Mix cardamom, nutmeg and mace powder. Mix well and remove.
Grease a plate and pour the contents in it. Press and sprinkle fennel seeds on the top. When cool cut into pieces and fill in the container.
