CHOCONUT ICE-CREAM


INGREDIENTS:

quart milk      8 tbsp. Sugar

1-tsp. Butter      5 tbsp. cocoa powder

1-tsp. corn flour      100 grams cream

tsp. vanilla extract.

1-tbsp. crushed cashew-nut and walnut      2-tsp. sugar.

 

 

PREPARATION:

Boil milk in a pot. Mix corn flour and cocoa powder in cold milk. When the milk boils add this milk and boil for two more minutes. Remove from the heat. Add extract, sugar, cream and churn. Put this mixture in the airtight container and keep in the freezer for 5-6 hours.

Remove and melt. Churn and add the nuts. Freeze again for 5-6 hours.
