CORN MEAL APPLE ICE-CREAM
½ quart milk 13 tbsp. Sugar
100 grams cream 1-tsp. corn flour
1-tsp. Margarine or 1-tsp. Butter 2 big corn meal apples
Boil 2-cups milk. Add corn flour to 3-tsp. cold milk. When the milk boils, add corn flour milk. Add butter and boil the milk.
Take the pulp of corn meal apple. Add to the milk and churn. Put this mixture in airtight container and freeze for 5-6 hours.
Remove and melt. Churn and freeze again. Serve any time after 5-6 hours.
