SAFFRON KULFI


INGREDIENTS:

1 quart milk      50 grams dry fruits

200 grams ricota cheese      1-cup sugar

1-tsp. saffron

 

 

PREPARATION:

Boil milk in a pot. Add ricota cheese and boil until it thickens. Add sugar. Dissolve saffron in warm milk and keep aside for ½ hour. Mix saffron milk with the boiled mixture. Add dry fruit pieces. Freeze in the kulfi moulds for 5-6 hours.
