SAFFRON KULFI


INGREDIENTS:

1 quart milk      50 grams dry fruits

200 grams ricota cheese      1-cup sugar

1-tsp. saffron

 

 

PREPARATION:

Boil milk in a pot. Add ricota cheese and boil until it thickens. Add sugar. Dissolve saffron in warm milk and keep aside for hour. Mix saffron milk with the boiled mixture. Add dry fruit pieces. Freeze in the kulfi moulds for 5-6 hours.
