BISCUIT
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams all-purpose flour, 100 grams margarine, chilled,
100 grams powder sugar, 1/2-cup cold milk,
1 tbsp. dry powder, 1/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. baking powder.
PREPARATION:
Shift all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Mix margarine with the flour. Add sugar, powder and salt. Mix milk and knead the flour to paratha-like consistency. Dust the roller and roll out 1/4 inch thickness chapatis. Cut with the help of cutter.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 360 degree F. Make holes with the fork.
