MOONGDAL DOSA


 

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups green grams dal,      2 cups urad dal,

butter,      salt

 

PREPARATION:

Soak both the dal for 4-5 hours, separately. Grind them separately and mix to form a dosa batter. Mix salt. Leave for 5-6 hours. Make dosa and put two dotes of butter and serve.
