WHITE SAUCE


INGREDIENTS:

3-4 tsp. Butter or oil

2-tsp. All-purpose flour

1and1/2-tsp. Cup milk

1/2-tsp. Mustard powder

Pepper powder

Salt

 

PREPARATION:

Fry the flour in butter. Take the pan away from the heat and add milk gradually milk by stirring.

 

Return the pan to heat and stir for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
