GARAM MASALA


 

200 grams dry cilantro,      100 grams desiccated coconut, grated,      10 grams bay leaf,

25 grams black cardamom,      100 grams fennel seeds,

25 grams cinnamon,      25 grams black pepper,

25 grams cloves,      200 grams cumin seeds,

10 grams ajama,      10 grams dagad flower,

250 grams dry red chili,       10 grams poppy seeds.

Roast all the ingredients separately in a little oil. Grind all separately. Shift them and fill in bottle. Use as per one's taste.
