TEACHERS' CONFERENCE AT THE JAINA CONVENTION- 2005
Date and Time –July 1, 2005 Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Place – Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great American Parkway, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Room - GREAT AMERICA 1 – Teachers’ Conference Room Room GREAT AMERICA 2 – Exhibition Room for Päthashälä Material Please bring your Päthashälä curriculum, teaching materials, exam papers, and special projects for display. All attendees must register for the JAINA convention. No extra registration fee is charged for the Pre-convention Teachers Conference. All meals for the attendees will be provided by the JAINA conference convention committee. The conference is only for the Päthashälä teachers, scholars, and individuals associated with the Jaina Educational activities.

Conference Agenda : The agenda for this conference will include Unique Methods of Teaching, techniques in Teaching Kids; Challenges - Teenage and Youth class issues; Päthashälä Organization. Discussion of challenges and responsibilities of Päthashälä coordinators. How to find and train teachers and volunteers, how to deal with parents, how to coordinate with management. Communication with other centers Creating database of various rituals and compiling Stavan and Sutra. Compiling dignitaries’ lectures.  Teachers involvement in  Interfaith and Jivadaya activities with non-Jain organisations.
