Everyone wants to be successful. But only a very few are truly
successful. What is the secret to success? How can you balance the
demanding rigors of college life, physical health, and a hectic
social
schedule? A non-traditional approach of using yogic techniques may be
the answer.
Dr. Sudheer Upasani, a successful business entrepreneur with a
doctorate in Finance, combines Eastern philosophy with modern
management techniques and cutting edge concepts from psychology to
formulate a Model for Success which describes what success is, why one
should achieve it and, most importantly, how to achieve it.
Bhupendra Soneji has been teaching a weekly yoga and meditation class
in
throughout the
yoga. In this seminar, he will introduce yoga postures including Surya
Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and relaxation techniques to optimize
efficiency at school work – enhancing physical and emotional health.
Donations, used to promote yogic knowledge, are welcome and may be
